HMPA is excited to team up with B.I.G Love Cancer Care as our Community Service project for the event! B.I.G. Love Cancer Care's core mission is to meet the most basic and urgent physical, emotional, and financial needs of pediatric oncology and hematology patients and their families.

Attendance at the Full Day CLE is not required to donate, but HMPA will host a raffle and silent auction. Please review the flyer below to see how you can help make an impact!

Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Due to the contractual requirements imposed by the venues we use for our in-person events, cancellations are required to be made no later than 12PM at least four days before the event. Cancellations for our webinars must be made at least 24 hours before the event.  

Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to hmpa.office@gmail.com. Any cancellations not made by the deadline will be non-refundable. Any payment pending for a registrant who does not attend the event, will be charged the registration fee. Any questions regarding this policy should be directed to hmpa.office@gmail.com.
