William (Bill) Odom is the Co-Founder of Orbital Data Consulting and a veteran expert in computer forensics, cybersecurity investigations, and electronic discovery.
With over 25 years of global experience, Bill leads Orbital’s Digital Forensics and eDiscovery team, guiding clients through complex matters involving data breaches, ESI preservation, and forensic analysis.
A former FBI Special Agent and Certified Computer Forensics Examiner, he managed the FBI Houston Computer Forensics Lab and supported more than 200 federal investigations.
Today, Bill is recognized for his deep expertise in discovery strategy, ESI protocols, and forensic methodologies across industries, including healthcare, finance, energy, and technology, and has testified close to 100 times on all matters, including criminal cases.

Cancellation/No Show Policy:
Due to the contractual requirements imposed by the venues we use for our in-person events, cancellations are required to be made no later than 12PM at least four days before the event. Cancellations for our webinars must be made at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to hmpa.office@gmail.com. Any cancellations not made by the deadline will be non-refundable.
